What is Revato

Revato is a secure booking platform allowing guests to book direct with you.

The platform is branded as your hotel. All of the guest's information, including email address and credit card details are securely available to you.

The guest pays you directly, on your preferred payment terms.

Revato bookings are direct bookings and should be treated in the same way as booking through your official website

How it works

Upon booking, a confirmation email is sent to your reservation email address.

The confirmation will contain all the information you need to enter into your booking system, including a link to the credit card vault

You can then pre-authorize or take payment from the guest based on your payment conditions

It is your responsibility to pre-authorize or charge a guests credit card as per your payment and cancellation policies

Cancellations and modifications

Guests can cancel a booking themselves using a link in their confirmation email

The guest will contact you directly in the event that they need help to modify or cancel a booking or require any other assistance

Upon modification/cancellation, please ensure:

• The booking is updated in the extranet
• You adhere to the cancellation policy when charging a card

You should always acknowledge your guests by responding to them directly.

The guest should never contact Revato support as they cannot cancel or modify the booking, only you or the guest can do this.
